Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
- Minimum of 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification
- ACLS certification required
- Labor & Delivery experience preferred, including high-risk obstetric care
- BSN or related degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring, postpartum, and obstetric patients
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in maternal or fetal condition
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the care team to support safe delivery outcomes
- Assist with high-risk labor and delivery situations as needed
- Deliver compassionate education and support to patients and families throughout the birth process
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical best practices
