- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,610-$1,690
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU, critical care, or intensive care unit experience
- AHA BLS certification required
- AHA ACLS certification required
- Experience in a medical-surgical ICU environment preferred
- CCRN and NIHSS certifications preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and provide consistent, high-quality patient care in an acute care setting
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to ICU protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record
- Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered ICU environment
- Support unit needs during scheduled night shifts and holiday rotations as assigned
