• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,210 – $2,370
• Location: Greenville, AL 36037
• Productivity Expectation: 30 points
• Mileage Reimbursement: Available for approved travel

Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in Alabama
• At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Home health experience strongly preferred
• HCHB experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload in the field
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
• Ability to travel locally within assigned service areas

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders and referrals
• Complete comprehensive assessments using appropriate clinical tools and procedures
• Review patient histories, precautions, and contraindications before treatment
• Develop measurable goals and individualized treatment plans to support patient progress
• Reassess patient response and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate patient progress and needs to the care team, physician, patient, and family as appropriate
• Recommend adaptive equipment and support the use of devices that improve function
• Maintain accurate evaluation, treatment, and billing documentation within required timelines
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides in accordance with state practice guidelines
• Participate in staff development and continue building clinical expertise
