Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related healthcare or specialty setting
- High school diploma or GED required
- Active BLS certification required
- Permanent Ohio license or compact license required at time of submission, if applicable to the role
- Ability to complete required onboarding assessments and compliance steps before start
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented approach
- Ability to safely lift, transport, and assist with patient care tasks
Responsibilities
- Assist with transporting patients and supporting safe movement throughout the unit
- Help clean and turn over rooms to maintain an efficient patient care environment
- Support the surgical team with daily workflow and basic patient care tasks
- Lift and move heavy items as needed while following safety procedures
- Provide dependable support during the evening shift in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to help ensure smooth unit operations
