What You’ll Do
As an ER RN, you’ll provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment while serving as a clinical advocate, educator, and key member of the care team.
You’ll have opportunities to:
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care
- Assess, prioritize, and respond to changing patient needs
- Educate patients and families
- Promote safety and exceptional patient outcomes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Continue developing your emergency nursing expertise
What You Bring
- Current NJ RN license
- 1+ year of Med/Surg or related nursing experience
- BSN preferred; qualifying ADN-prepared nurses considered
- AHA CPR required upon hire
- ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and CPI required within 6 months
- Previous ED experience preferred
- CEN/TNCC preferred
