- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hours per Week: 40
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,660 – $1,780
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in vascular ultrasound or a closely related diagnostic imaging specialty
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Certified Vascular Technologist (RVT) credential required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Strong patient care, communication, and technical ultrasound skills
- Availability to work required holiday coverage as scheduled
Responsibilities
- Perform vascular ultrasound examinations with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Support the hospital vascular lab with high-quality diagnostic imaging services
- Prepare patients for procedures and clearly explain exam processes
- Capture, review, and document diagnostic images according to department standards
- Collaborate with the care team to support timely and effective patient care
- Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered work environment
