Job Details

- Shift: 12-hour day shifts
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,770 – $1,870
- Location: Newark, Ohio

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- Minimum of 1 year of bedside clinical experience required
- LTAC, sub-acute, med-surg, or rehab nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required prior to the first shift
- ACLS certification required prior to the first shift
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care
- Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Support discharge planning from the day of admission to promote continuity of care
- Coordinate with physicians, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary team
- Provide education, support, and encouragement to patients and families throughout the care process
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other ancillary staff as needed
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient care environment
- Contribute to positive unit teamwork, quality outcomes, and professional growth
