• Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,760 – $1,890

Physical Therapist Job Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current Physical Therapist license or licensure eligible as required by Georgia state regulations
• CPR certification required
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician direction
• Implement, modify, and progress physical therapy interventions to support functional recovery and discharge readiness
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, goals, and progress clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner
• Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers to support successful outcomes
• Promote a safe, professional, and compassionate outpatient care environment
• Follow established clinic guidelines, safety procedures, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with leadership on professional development and quality improvement initiatives
• Support student learning and participate in team-based care as assigned
