Experienced Cath Lab Tech needed for a 13-week travel assignment in Orange Park, FL. Join a fast-paced cardiac catheterization lab and support a skilled cardiovascular team using advanced procedural technology.
Job Details

- Shift Duration: 10-hour days
- Hours per Week: 40
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 – $2,190
- Schedule Notes: Rotating weekends and holidays; on-call coverage required
- Work Environment: Modern cardiac catheterization lab with newer procedure rooms and equipment
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of Cath Lab experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- One of the following credentials required: RCIS, RCES, or RT(R)
- Ability to scrub for left heart caths (LHC), right heart caths (RHC), PCI, STEMI, and peripheral vascular procedures
- Strong monitoring skills and comfort supporting complex cardiac cases
- Experience with Meditech and MacLab preferred
- Must be able to work in a collaborative, high-volume cardiovascular procedural setting
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic left heart catheterizations, PCI, STEMI, stroke, carotid stenting, and peripheral interventions
- Scrub and monitor during cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures
- Support prep and recovery workflows to help keep the day running smoothly
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the charge team to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care
- Participate in on-call coverage and rotating weekend and holiday schedules
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused procedural environment
