Job Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license in hand
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience preferred
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to telemetry and intermediate care patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition promptly
- Administer medications and complete assessments according to established clinical standards
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient outcomes
- Document care accurately and maintain a high standard of clinical practice
- Respond appropriately to patient needs in a fast-paced acute care environment
