Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- At least 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
- Intermediate fetal monitoring experience
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) proficiency
- SVE competency
- C-section circulator experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced clinical support environment
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
- Support vaginal deliveries, C-sections, cerclages, and TOLAC cases
- Monitor maternal and fetal status closely using established best practices
- Assist with internal monitor placement when needed and maintain safe patient care standards
- Collaborate with charge nurses, co-charge nurses, and the care team to support patient flow
- Follow unit policies, attendance expectations, and professional dress code guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, supportive environment focused on excellent outcomes for families
