Job Details

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,350 – $1,420
- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Schedule Notes: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
- Electronic Health Record: EPIC
- Call: Yes
Job Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility or other 24/7 skilled care environment
- Minimum 13 weeks of EPIC experience
- Preferred experience in med-surg nursing or inpatient rehabilitation
- BLS certification required
- Comfort working in a high-acuity rehab setting with a team-based approach
- Ability to support patient safety by assisting CNAs and responding to call lights as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to adults receiving inpatient rehabilitation services
- Support patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions
- Monitor patient status, document accurately in EPIC, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team
- Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Assist with patient mobility, safety, and basic clinical support using best practices
- Help maintain a calm, organized, and patient-centered rehabilitation environment
- Float to a nearby satellite rehab facility if needed in the future
