- Shift: 10-hour day shifts
- Weekly Hours: 32 guaranteed hours
- Weekends: Rotating coverage
- Call: None
- Float: ARU
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,880-$2,010
- Location: Sierra Vista, AZ – a welcoming Southeastern Arizona community surrounded by the Huachuca Mountains, desert scenery, and outdoor adventure.
Job Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure or eligibility as required in Arizona
- At least 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred; inpatient therapy experience is a plus
- Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Strong time management, flexibility, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a wide variety of diagnoses and rehabilitation needs
- Education per licensure requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality inpatient occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery
- Deliver interventions that promote mobility, independence, and activities of daily living
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the rehabilitation team to support coordinated patient care
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Float to the ARU as needed and assist with rotating weekend coverage
