• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shifts Per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Hours Per Week: 40

Job Requirements

• At least 18 months of Medical Assistant experience required
• Current Medical Assistant certification required
• Experience in a clinic, outpatient, or physician practice setting preferred
• Ability to manage both clinical duties and patient service representative tasks
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to commute within 30 minutes of the practice location in Doylestown, PA

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist with routine clinical workflow
• Support patient care by answering patient phone calls and responding to communication needs
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
• Book appointments and assist with front desk operations
• Collect, review, and organize medical records and supporting documentation
• Track referrals and ensure timely follow-up and documentation
• Upload and manage patient images, records, and other clinical documentation in designated systems
• Maintain accurate patient information and records
• Support additional administrative, clinical support, and operational duties as assigned
