CVOR Registered Nurse travel assignment in Albany, NY 12208. Join a fast-paced cardiovascular nursing team for a 13-week travel nurse job supporting invasive cardiovascular procedures, patient care, and high-acuity clinical workflows.
Job Details

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,700 – $2,840
- Location: Albany, NY 12208
- Call Commitment: 1 weeknight and 1 weekend per month
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiovascular nursing, interventional cardiology, or a related specialty
- Associate degree or completion of an approved cardiovascular training program, or graduation from an accredited allied health program
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a procedural, high-acuity environment
Responsibilities
- Support diagnostic and invasive cardiovascular procedures in a high-acuity cardiovascular lab setting
- Collect, document, and interpret clinical data to help establish accurate anatomical and physiological diagnoses
- Assist interventional cardiology and cardiovascular care teams during invasive, noninvasive, and peripheral vascular studies
- Maintain readiness for procedural workflow and provide excellent patient support throughout the care process
- Participate in call coverage as scheduled for this travel nursing assignment
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative cardiovascular care team
