Job Details
- Position: Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
- Setting: Adult Medical/Surgical ICU in a Level III Trauma Center
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing

- Start Date: 10/04/2026
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Schedule: Nights with every other weekend commitment; floating required
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 – $2,130
- Charting System: EPIC

Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of continuous Adult ICU experience, preferably in a MICU
- Strong telemetry skills with the ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
- Experience providing care to high-acuity adult patients in an ICU or critical care setting
- Comfort floating to medical-surgical units when needed
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- EPIC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a 20-bed MICU
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changing patient conditions in a high-acuity critical care environment
- Care for patients with diagnoses including sepsis, DKA, respiratory failure, GI bleed, cardiac arrest, overdose, renal failure, and cardiogenic shock
- Collaborate closely with attendings, residents, and interdisciplinary ICU team members available 24/7
- Float to med-surg areas as assigned and manage patient care safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
- Support safe staffing ratios and deliver patient-centered care with professionalism and urgency
