Job Details

- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Schedule: 4 x 12-hour shifts per week; every other weekend
- Hours Per Week: 36-48 hours depending on schedule
- Start Date: ASAP
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,040-$2,150
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience required
- Telemetry nursing or acute care experience strongly preferred
- Active Illinois RN license in hand
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:5-6
- Strong communication skills and confidence working night shift
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients with cardiac and pulmonary needs
- Monitor patient conditions, interpret telemetry data, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Administer medications, complete assessments, and support care planning
- Collaborate with physicians, patient care techs, and the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols and safety standards
- Deliver compassionate care while helping patients and families feel informed and supported
