Travel CNA Job Details

Certified Nursing Assistant Job Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- At least 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg, acute care, rehabilitation, or comparable nursing setting
- Ability to work three 12-hour night shifts per week
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
- Ability to provide compassionate direct patient care while maintaining patient dignity, safety, and confidentiality
Med/Surg CNA Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Measure and document vital signs, intake and output, and other assigned patient observations
- Provide clinical support during safe patient transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and fall-prevention practices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Report changes in patient condition or behavior promptly to the nursing team
- Follow care plans, infection-control procedures, and Med/Surg unit policies
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes
