Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Globe, Arizona
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130-$2,250
• Assignment Type: 13-week travel nursing assignment
• Assignment Dates: October 5, 2026 – January 4, 2027
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour day shifts, approximately 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; call may be offered during low-census periods as part of a rotation
• Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:6 for Med-Surg/Observation and 1:4 for Step-Down

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional Registered Nurse (RN) experience
• Recent Med-Surg and Telemetry nursing experience required
• Step-Down experience preferred but not required
• Current RN licensure eligible for practice in Arizona
• Current influenza vaccination required
• Comfort caring for telemetry patients in an acute-care hospital environment
• Experience with Meditech electronic medical records, Alaris pumps, and Omnicell medication systems preferred
• Permanent residence must be located more than 100 miles from the assignment location

Travel RN Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Med-Surg, Telemetry, Observation, and Step-Down patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess patient status, and promptly communicate changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely while following established clinical protocols
• Complete nursing assessments, care plans, clinical documentation, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Promote patient safety, effective transitions of care, and positive clinical outcomes
• Participate in call coverage when offered and scheduled as part of the unit rotation
