Make a meaningful difference as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a 13-week inpatient rehabilitation travel assignment in Greenwood, Indiana. LPN Travel Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,350-$1,420
- Healthcare Setting: Inpatient rehabilitation
- Location: Greenwood, Indiana
- Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, approximately 06:30-19:00
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks, ending January 4, 2027
- Position Type: On-site travel nursing assignment

LPN Job Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- At least 1 year of practical nursing experience preferred
- Experience in long-term care, inpatient rehabilitation, medical-surgical nursing, or a similar patient-care setting preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with complex rehabilitation needs
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work scheduled 12-hour day shifts and fulfill the full assignment commitment
Inpatient Rehabilitation LPN Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation environment
- Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in health status, and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate members of the care team
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established orders, safety standards, and protocols
- Assist patients with activities of daily living while promoting independence, mobility, and functional progress
- Support individualized rehabilitation plans for patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic, traumatic, and other serious conditions
- Document assessments, nursing interventions, patient responses, and changes in condition accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote patient safety, recovery, and quality of life
- Educate patients and families about care plans, recovery goals, medications, and ongoing support needs
