Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – 13-Week Night Contract in Moberly, Missouri

- Dress Code: Any solid-color scrubs
Travel ICU Registered Nurse Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Missouri
- At least 1 year of recent ICU/CCU nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong patient assessment, critical-thinking, and emergency response skills
- Ability to manage ventilators, medication drips, invasive monitoring, and other complex critical-care equipment
- Flexibility to float to the Med-Surg unit as needed
ICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide continuous, specialized nursing care to critically ill or injured patients
- Perform frequent patient assessments and promptly identify changes in condition
- Manage ventilators, medication infusions, complex equipment, and critical-care therapies
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely while maintaining accurate clinical documentation in Medhost
- Respond rapidly to emergencies and support patient stabilization efforts
- Educate and compassionately support patients and their families
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care when floating to Med-Surg
