Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent pediatric or clinic nursing experience
- Active Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
- Current BLS and PALS certification
- Experience with tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and central line care
- Willingness to work at least every other holiday
- Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate during orientation
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a clinic-based setting
- Monitor and support patients requiring tracheostomy, ventilator, and central line care
- Assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and document care accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support individualized care plans
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the care experience
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient clinical environment
