Med-Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse Travel Assignment in Columbus, Ohio
Bring your Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse experience to a fast-paced adult and geriatric float pool in Columbus, Ohio. Job Details

- Location: Columbus, Ohio
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 11/2/2026
- Shift: Night shifts, 3×12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,940 – $2,040
- Orientation: 24 hours
- Weekend Requirement: Minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
- Setting: Medical-surgical telemetry float pool
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at the time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- BLS required; ACLS, CPI, and NIHSS required for consideration
- Epic charting experience required
- Strong IV start and telemetry monitoring skills
- Ability to float to different units as needed
- Experience caring for adult and geriatric patient populations
- Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care for adult and geriatric Med-Surg Telemetry patients
- Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Perform IV starts and support ongoing line care and medication administration
- Document accurately in Epic and maintain strong clinical communication
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support safe, efficient patient care
- Float to other units as needed to help meet patient care needs
- Promote a compassionate, patient-centered environment
