Travel NICU Registered Nurse Job – Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Roseville, CA

Job Details
- Position: Travel NICU Registered Nurse (NICU RN)
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
- Unit: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III NICU)
- Start Date: November 15, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Location: Roseville, CA 95661
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,990 – $3,150
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience, preferably in a Level III NICU or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills in a fast-paced critical care environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU
- Monitor patient status closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to NICU protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, high-quality patient care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly
- Support families with clear communication, education, and compassionate care
- Maintain a calm, organized approach in a high-acuity neonatal critical care setting
