Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2020-$2130
- Location: Pennington, New Jersey
- Setting: ICU / Float Pool
- Start Date: 10/27/2026
- Duration: 12-week contract
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week
- Shift Duration: 12 Hour Nights
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday
- EMR: Cerner
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of current ICU and MST experience required
- Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NIH certification required
- Ability to work in a float pool environment and adapt to varying unit needs
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts without block scheduling or special accommodations
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in ICU and intermediate care settings
- Float to assigned units as needed based on staffing and patient care demands
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly in Cerner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective patient care
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards
- Respond quickly to changes in patient status and escalate care appropriately
- Support continuity of care during night shifts, weekends, and holiday rotations
