Travel Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse – Night Shift in Warrensville Heights, Ohio

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing
- Active Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- NIHSS certification required
- One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the same specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
- All required credentials must be active and available at submission; pending items will not be accepted
- Ability to complete required orientation assessments and pre-start compliance items
- Willingness to work night shifts in a hospital environment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg Telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to telemetry findings
- Assess patients, administer medications, and support ongoing treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
- Prioritize patient safety, clinical communication, and timely escalation of changes in condition
- Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and strong time management throughout each shift
