- Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8-hour shifts or 4×10-hour shifts to be finalized with the manager
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,730-$1,860
- Work Setting Highlights: Serve patients in a collaborative outpatient therapy environment on Martha’s Vineyard with access to a scenic coastal community
Job Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain one
- At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating a wide range of outpatient rehab patients
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for either 8-hour shifts or 4×10-hour shifts
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to meet onboarding and compliance requirements, including flu vaccination and standard health documentation
- Professional communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy interventions to support recovery, mobility, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical response and goals
- Document treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the rehab team to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and functional recovery strategies
- Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive treatment environment
