Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
- Current ARRT certification required
- Registered RT required
- BLS (AHA) required
- ACLS (AHA) required
- Fluoroscopy experience required
- Ability to scrub, pan, monitor, and assist with procedures
- Experience with ICU or inpatient bedside procedures preferred
- Cerner experience strongly preferred
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Must be comfortable with call: 1-2 nights per week and every 3-4 weekends
- First-day physical and drug screen required
Responsibilities
- Support cardiac catheterization procedures in the lab and ambulatory bay
- Assist with inpatient bedside procedures as needed
- Scrub, pan, and monitor during diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures
- Assist with ICD and pacemaker placements
- Work with advanced equipment including Siemens fluoro, angiojet, balloon pump, Impella, and merge hemodynamics
- Provide high-quality support during on-call shifts and weekend coverage
- Collaborate with the cardiac care team to maintain safe, efficient patient flow
- Complete orientation on the unit and in person over 1-2 days
