Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency care environment
- Flexibility to work night shifts and provide consistent patient-focused care
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and timely nursing care to emergency patients
- Perform rapid assessments and respond appropriately to changing patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support treatment plans
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care accurately
- Provide clear communication and support to patients and their families during stressful situations
- Maintain a calm, organized approach while managing multiple priorities in the Emergency Room
