Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a busy emergency department
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity care setting
- Willingness to complete required onboarding, credentialing, and compliance documentation
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients in the emergency department
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe patient outcomes
- Administer treatments and medications according to established protocols and nursing standards
- Monitor patients closely and document care accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain a calm, professional presence in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
