Job Requirements

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong patient-care focus and commitment to quality clinical outcomes
• Comfort working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team
• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory therapy services to patients across the hospital setting
• Support ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and respiratory treatment plans
• Work with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver safe, effective patient care
• Monitor patient response and adjust interventions based on clinical needs and established protocols
