Job Requirements
- Active Arizona RN license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation nursing required
- Cerner EMR experience required
- Ability to float as needed to sister facilities and Med Surg
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and document care accurately in the EMR
- Support individualized rehabilitation plans focused on recovery, mobility, and independence
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Float as needed to support sister facilities and Med Surg coverage
- Maintain safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care throughout the shift
