Job Details
- Position: Interventional Radiologist
- Employment Type: Locum tenens / per diem
- Location: Hudson, FL 34667
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. EST
- Coverage: 7 main holidays on call
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $6,290-$7,450
- Setting: On-site radiology coverage with a strong interventional radiology component
Job Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Radiologist
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant interventional radiology experience required
- Ability to perform a broad range of interventional procedures
- Comfortable with a blend of interventional radiology and general diagnostic reads
- Experience in a high-acuity, trauma-focused, or hospital-based radiology setting preferred
- Clean background required
- Familiarity with RPCE Tech Stack and PowerScribe 4.0 preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site interventional radiology coverage and general radiology support
- Perform procedures such as angiography, kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, port catheter placement, biopsies, drainages, ablations, and more
- Interpret a mix of diagnostic imaging studies, including CT and MRI when needed
- Support patient care in a high-volume, team-based clinical environment
- Maintain strong productivity, quality, and patient safety standards throughout each shift
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure seamless coverage and exceptional service
