Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $860-$920
- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19104
- Setting: Hospital/Retail Pharmacy
- Start Date: 10/5/2026
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Schedule: 5 shifts per week
- Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Availability: Flexible to work between 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM in scheduled 8-hour shifts
- Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 8.5-hour days
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience required
- Recent retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Current CPhT or PTCB certification required
- Must meet Pennsylvania pharmacy technician registration requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Support daily pharmacy operations in a hospital-affiliated retail pharmacy setting
- Prepare, package, and label medications accurately under pharmacist supervision
- Assist with prescription processing and medication distribution
- Maintain accurate patient and medication records
- Provide courteous and efficient service to patients and healthcare team members
- Help manage inventory, stock medications, and maintain an organized pharmacy workspace
- Follow all applicable pharmacy regulations, safety standards, and workflow procedures
