Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of radiation therapist experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Current BLS certification required
- Certified Radiation Therapist credential required
- ARRT (T) certification required
- Virginia radiation therapist license required at time of submission
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, accurate radiation therapy treatments according to the individualized care plan
- Prepare patients for treatment and provide clear, supportive communication throughout the process
- Operate radiation therapy equipment in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with the oncology and healthcare team to support quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflow procedures
