Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience, preferably in an Emergency Department or acute care setting
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency nursing environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and priorities
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to individuals with urgent and emergent medical conditions
- Perform rapid assessments, triage patients, and prioritize care based on acuity
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the care team to support timely treatment and stabilization
- Document nursing care accurately while maintaining patient safety and quality standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy emergency room setting
